Topics covered include, Legal requirements and best practices; gas cylinders, gases and their hazards; manual handling and storage; cylinder identification and labelling. Suitable for those who are involved in using, handling or purchasing pressurised cylinders.

The aim of the course is to provide users, and those working with cylinders the information required to enable compressed gases to be used in a safe and healthy manner.

The course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.

Oxy-fuel Gases Safety

Oxy-fuel gases safety e-Learning course. Topics covered include, legal requirements and best practices; gas cylinders, oxy-fuel gases and their hazards; manual handling and storage; cylinder identification and labelling.

Including important topics such as safe light up and shut down procedures, this course is suitable for operators involved in using, handling or purchasing oxy-fuel gases & associated equipment.

The aim of the course is to provide users, and those working with oxy-fuel gases equipment with the information required to do so in a safe and healthy manner.

The course takes approximately 90 minutes to complete.

Works with all devices.
Delivered as a narrated slide presentation with video & quizzes to test knowledge and keep the learner engaged.
Participants can pause and resume a course when it suits them.
To receive a training certificate, the participant must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly in the final multiple choice test.
Participants can take the final test 2 times and, if desired, review the course material in between. To obtain a training certificate
If the participant does not pass the final test 2 times, the course material must be reviewed again before a new final test can be taken.
Courses can be purchased by both individual participants and for groups.
